Returns & Exchanges 

    • While we hope you enjoy all of your purchases, we understand there can be size, color or fit issues. Shop Nazara offers returns on specific items within two weeks of the item being delivered to the customer
    • Ineligible items for return include: Swimsuits, lingerie, face masks, personal hygiene and beauty products 
    • Eligible items for returns or exchanges include: adult and baby clothing, all shoes, jewelry, adult and baby accessories, pet accessories
    • If unsatisfied with a purchase, please contact Shop Nazara and the store will notify the vendor to facilitate return or exchange requests
    • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment and usually take up to 10 days to appear on bank statements
    • Canceling orders before they ship may be refunded immediately and typically take up to 10 business days to be credited back to the form of payment
